New Year is a time of new beginnings and fresh energy: a perfect time to reflect on what we want to grow as we go forward in our lives and what we want to leave behind with the old year.
Each of us is an author, the author of our own lives, but sometimes we get stuck in stories about ourselves that are limiting and no longer serve us. In this one-day workshop we will use visual arts, poetry, journalling and creative writing techniques to identify the old narratives we want to let go of and to pull the narratives we want to develop in 2009 into clearer focus.
The workshop is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. Please call Sophie Waterhouse on (07877) 453477 or e-mail sw@sw-psychotherapy.co.uk if you are interested to take part.
