This one day workshop is designed as an introduction to the concept of archetypes and an exploration of how an understanding and a knowledge of common themes can lead to a greater understanding of the self.

The day may include visualisations, therapeutic drawing and painting, listening and talking.

This workshop will provide a snapshot for participants into how the world of the here and now works if a transpersonal perspective on life is embraced.

For example it may not be possible for me to say this course will be like this or that because I cannot predict or say what you will discover or experience based on my historical knowledge of such courses. What I can say and do say is this, "Come with expectations and high hopes for the day because if we collectively focus on arriveing where we are meant to be by the time the day ends we will have travelled far enough ! (for now)"

It is hoped that those interested in this event might apply to join with a group of companions on a transpersonal journey through the 12 hero Archetypes.

The programme will begin in the Spring and will encompass 12 weekends over 12 months.
