I am a person-centred/existential counsellor and psychotherapist in training and member of BACP and working towards full accreditation
I work with individuals and couples dealing with life transitions, relationship issues, finding meaning and direction in life, addictions, low self-esteem, creativity, and sexuality.

I wrote and edited several books, including the best-selling anthologies ZEN POEMS and HAIKU FOR LOVERS as well as BUDDHA IS DEAD, a study of Zen and contemporary western thought. I wrote many papers in psychology journals and magazines on a wide range of subjects, mainly dealing with therapy and the modern world.
